By accessing or using Legr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Legr is an informational tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Legr is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions.
3. Data Accuracy
Market data displayed on Legr may be delayed by up to 15 minutes or more. Option prices, Greeks (Delta, Theta, Gamma, Vega), implied volatility, and P&L figures may be estimated using mathematical models including Black-Scholes and may not reflect actual real-time market conditions or executable prices. Legr makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Legr and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
5. No Guarantee of Availability
Legr is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uptime, availability, or continuity of service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
6. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all investment decisions made using this tool. You agree not to use Legr for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials stored within the app.
7. Third-Party Data
Legr uses third-party data providers including Finnhub, CBOE, Yahoo Finance, and others. Legr is not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by these services. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service.
Privacy Policy
1. Data We Collect
Legr stores your portfolio data (positions, trades, notes) locally in your browser's localStorage. If you enable cloud sync, data is stored in a third-party service (JSONBin) using a key you provide. We do not collect personal information, email addresses, or payment information at this time.
2. API Keys
Any API keys you enter (Anthropic, Finnhub, etc.) are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage and are never transmitted to Legr's servers.
3. Cookies & Tracking
Legr does not use cookies or third-party tracking/analytics tools.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
